The book FLY, from spark to flame, is my book debut, although I have already written a lot of material: professional manuals and articles, contributions to books by other authors, editorials, connecting texts, motivational speeches, short publications and personal letters. Many people who have known and followed me for many years have encouraged me for a long time to write a book as well. I have often been told that they love to listen to my speeches and read my lyrics over and over again. That they are addressed by my style, heart, sensitivity, confession and, above all, sincerity. That I am full of knowledge, teachings, insights and precious wisdom. That looking at a satisfied woman through their own experiences inspires many of them and that they would like all this even more, that they would like to learn from me… The spark was smoldering, but a pandemic had to happen and with it a breakdown in social life. I knew what the crown taught us.

Exactly such a breakdown on a personal level I experienced exactly seven years ago, a breakdown all the way to the foundations. I lost a lot: my family and unfortunately not for the first time, again also home, work, existence, my way of life so far, and myself as a whole… the world was rushing forward, and mine stopped completely. On the ruins of my life, I was obsessed with torn despair within myself. There was nothing external that I could focus on or direct my attention to, so in solitude I was actually left with nothing but to turn to myself and explore why I had fallen into such a deep crisis and why I didn’t live life the way I did. deep down she felt she should. The book Poletela talks about this path. It talks about how upbringing, patterns, beliefs, emotional responses once settled in our subconscious, but from there they fully control and influence the reality of our lives. I write about how we don’t know how to learn from trials and therefore get entangled again and again in dramas full of pain and disappointment. Until we are exhausted from the constant struggles, we do not fall into a crisis, which is in fact a call to awakening from illusion.

Breaking to the foundations is a gift for transformation, when life gives you an extraordinary opportunity to cleanse ourselves of all limiting inner shackles from the very beginning with simple but conscious steps. It wasn’t until I did that that I began to develop my potential, embark on a path of prosperity, and live a life that is in tune with my genuine nature. Only when we change our inner world does the outer world change. Only when we purify ourselves can we internalize the fundamental laws of life, which are also the only pillars of true human behavior and lead to a fulfilled and conscious life.  And this transition from life as we live it to life, as it is meant for us, it is undoubtedly a challenge for many. So I used the time of silence, peace and solitude to create something close to me - writing, to help others through my experience, how to boldly put aside the old and build the new with confidence. The crisis can really shake us to the core. But everything happens for a reason, even the most bitter trials. And they come with the gifts we receive when we learn her lessons… then you can also fly.
